What's the difference between the two services?
Private Personal Consulting is what people call "The Fixer" — an ongoing relationship where I handle whatever you bring me. No two engagements look alike. The Empowered Aging Workbook is a one-time guided product helping anyone organize their life essentials before they're needed. Many clients use both.
Is the workbook just for older people?
No — it's for any adult who wants to spare their family the confusion that comes from not having a plan. Most readers complete it in their 50s and 60s, but readers in their 30s have told us it gave them peace of mind they didn't know they were missing. Many give it as a gift to aging parents and complete it together.
Is my information secure in the digital workbook?
Yes. Your digital workbook is encrypted, accessible only by you through a private link, and cannot be copied, forwarded, or downloaded as an editable file. You can export a read-only PDF at any time, and your data is never shared.
Where is Olivu based — and do you serve clients nationally?
Olivu is based on the coast of Georgia. Private consulting is offered locally and nationally; the workbook is available everywhere in the United States. Printed editions ship anywhere in the US within 5–7 business days.
How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
Within one business day, always. Most inquiries receive a personal note from Stephanie within a few hours.
Can I gift a workbook?
Yes — the workbook makes a thoughtful gift, especially for adult children to give to their parents (or vice versa). Choose any edition at checkout and include a gift note. Bulk orders for community groups, estate planners, and senior living communities are also available.
What does Private Consulting cost?
Two ways to engage. Hourly: $250 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments — good for one-off problems or a trial run. Monthly retainer: $3,000–$10,000 per month, depending on how much of your life you'd like me holding. Retainers include priority response, regular check-ins, and unlimited "fix this" requests within the agreed scope. Every engagement starts with a complimentary discovery call to find the right fit.
